Tank body: The total volume is approximately 22 cubic meters, with a sewage tank volume of about 15 cubic meters, and the rest being clean water tanks. The tank body is made of 8mm high-quality steel plates. The sewage tank and clean water tank are interconnected via a 100mm ball valve;
High-pressure section: The high-pressure pump adopts the Pinford 350 flow rate, equipped with two inlet filters (a filter barrel and a Y-shaped filter screen to prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump), a 25mm high-pressure hose of 60 meters, a long straight spray nozzle, a water mine nozzle, and a hydraulic high-pressure reel that can rotate 180 degrees (driven by a hydraulic motor). The high-pressure reel is equipped with a high-pressure hose for water spraying and a pneumatic water blowing device;
Sewage suction part: It adopts a 375 horsepower auxiliary engine set with SK-30 water circulation pump and vacuum pump, or a 420 horsepower auxiliary engine set with 2BE-258 water circulation pump and vacuum pump sewage suction system. It is equipped with a top overflow prevention device, an enlarged water ring pump water tank, and a sight pipe for fecal matter.
Other configuration requirements: Both sides are equipped with tiled pattern plate pipe placement platforms, stainless steel guardrails, and come standard with two enlarged toolboxes. The top of the water tank features a sprinkler nozzle, and the tank body is equipped with a hydraulic lower-mounted jacking system for self-discharging, with a ladder provided. The large rear cover is fully enclosed and features a 600mm quick-opening hydraulic release. The top walking platform is equipped with guardrails, and the water tank has fire hydrants on both sides. There is one 6-inch drain valve on the lower left side of the rear cover, one 4-inch drain valve on the upper left side of the rear cover, one 4-inch ball valve on the lower right side of the rear cover, and one 4-inch ball valve on the upper right side of the rear cover. There are two clearance lamps on the top, along with electric side lights. The tank’s sewage and water compartments are equipped with ladders. The overall vehicle color is yet to be determined.
