Tank body: The total volume is approximately 33 cubic meters, with a sewage tank volume of about 25 cubic meters, and the rest being clean water tanks. The tank body is made of 8mm high-quality steel plates. The sewage tank and clean water tank are interconnected through a 100mm ball valve;
High-pressure section: The high-pressure pump adopts a flow rate of 350, with two inlet filters (a filter barrel and a Y-shaped filter screen to prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump), a 60-meter 25-millimeter high-pressure hose, a long straight spray nozzle, a water mine nozzle, and a hydraulic high-pressure reel that can rotate 180 degrees (driven by a hydraulic motor). The high-pressure reel is equipped with a high-pressure hose for water spraying and a pneumatic water blowing device;
Sewage suction section: Equipped with a 420 horsepower auxiliary engine set, a 2BE-258 water circulation pump vacuum sewage suction system, a top overflow prevention device, an enlarged water tank for the water ring pump, and a sight pipe for feces.
Other configuration requirements: A platform for laying pipes on both sides with patterned plates, stainless steel guardrails, two standard oversized toolboxes, a water sprinkler port on the top of the clean water tank, a cement port on the top of the sewage tank, a hydraulic jacking system for lifting and dumping the tank body from below, with a ladder, a fully enclosed large rear cover, and a 600mm quick-opening hydraulic opening; a guardrail on the top walking platform, fire hydrant ports on both sides of the clean water tank, a 100mm drainage port on the right side of the clean water tank; one 6-inch drain valve on the lower left of the rear cover, one 4-inch ball valve on the lower right of the rear cover, one 4-inch ball valve on the upper right of the rear cover, a 100mm suction port on the right side of the tank body, with LED engineering arrow lights for illumination, two clearance lights on the top, and electric side lights; stainless steel ladders for the sewage and water storage compartments inside the tank, a 1.2m wide stainless steel bottom plate at the bottom, and the overall vehicle color: to be determined.
